Salon Manager

About the Role

Drive the operational success of our luxury branch. You will oversee daily operations, team management, inventory control, and ensure every guest receives the signature K Privé experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day salon operations and staff scheduling.
• Manage client grievances and ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Track inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
• Analyze weekly sales reports and drive revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for in-salon promotions.

Requirements

• Experience managing a luxury hotel spa or premium salon.
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in salon software (Zenoti, MioSalon, etc.).
• Excellent command over English and local languages.
