We are seeking a visionary Senior Hair Stylist to lead our creative floor. The potential candidate should have mastery over advanced cutting techniques, global color theory, and bespoke styling. You will cater to a high-profile clientele and mentor junior stylists.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to design bespoke cuts and color treatments.
- Execute complex techniques: Balayage, Ombre, AirTouch, and Keratin treatments.
- Maintain a luxury salon experience and build long-term client relationships.
- Stay updated with global trends and participate in seasonal collection shoots.
- Mentor and train junior assistants on floor etiquette and technical skills.
Requirements
- Certification from a reputed academy (L'Oréal, Tony & Guy, Vidal Sassoon).
- Proven portfolio of editorial or high-end salon work.
- Strong communication skills and impeccable grooming.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced luxury environment.
